Tour Includes:

• Quality school visits, counsellor networking sessions and fairs

• On-site guidance throughout the tour

• Transport between hotel and schools

• Student scanning app access

• Full itinerary overview

• Meals/snacks during school visits (as per itinerary)

• Pre-event promotion via schools and Inspire student registration website

• One additional representative at €50 a day or €250 per week (must register at least one month in advance due to transportation and meals arrangements; shared and same table as your fellow representative)

Tour Excludes:

• Flights and airport transfers outside tour arrangements

• Personal/work travel insurance and vaccinations

• Evening meals and other meals not specified in the itinerary

• Inspire will do its outmost best to make sure that your tour will be comfortable and you are able to promote and network effectively!

Please note:

Counselor network events are considered part of the school tours.
Inspire Europe fairs are fairs combining both bachelor and master programmes.

NB: Outside Europe, Inspire organises Inspire Europe fairs featuring both bachelor’s and master’s programmes. Within Europe, Inspire focuses on Inspire Master fairs, where they add the most value, as students already have strong access to undergraduate information through various channels, including Inspire’s school visits.

Please note that the tours and itinerary are provisional and subject to confirmation of appointments. While schools are currently planning based on anticipated student schedules for the fall term, final timetables are still being determined. Accordingly, details in the itinerary may be subject to change.
